About
I am a results-driven Health Services Management professional with a strong foundation in healthcare operations, clinical research, and strategic analysis. My academic training, combined with hands-on experience in pulmonary and cardiology research environments, has equipped me to operate at the intersection of systems management, regulatory compliance, and data-informed decision-making.
I have contributed to research operations by supporting protocol-driven workflows, managing research data systems, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and organizational alignment. These experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt quickly, navigate complex healthcare environments, and uphold high standards of quality and compliance.
My professional focus centers on operational excellence, process optimization, and strengthening healthcare delivery systems through evidence-based management. I am particularly interested in roles that support clinical operations, regulatory strategy, and organizational performance within healthcare institutions and biotechnology organizations. I approach each opportunity with analytical rigor, accountability, and a commitment to advancing high-performing, patient-centered systems.
Why Health Services Management?
I began college enthusiastic to pursue a future in medicine and that enthusiasm led me to pursue research opportunities and internships that helped me build significant professional skills. It was through these experiences that I realized that I was more passionate on being a crossroad at the intersection between healthcare, research, leadership roles. It is because of pursuing a pre-medical route that I decided to add a Chemistry minor. The combination of my scientific experiences, and Health Services Management coursework gave me a unique perspective to solve problems while working with a diverse team and challenge myself to learn new abilities in different fields that intersect and make me into a better healthcare leader.
