Future Goals
After graduation, my next professional step is to continue building experience in clinical research, healthcare operations, and data-informed decision-making. I plan to pursue roles such as Clinical Research Coordinator, Clinical Research Specialist, Research Program Coordinator, or healthcare operations/data-focused roles where I can work closely with patients, providers, research teams, and healthcare leaders.
My goal is to use my background in clinical research, medical interpretation, student leadership, and Health Services Management to contribute to healthcare systems that are more organized, accessible, and patient-centered. In the short term, I want to strengthen my technical skills in research operations, regulatory documentation, REDCap, EMR review, Excel, and project coordination. In the long term, I hope to move into healthcare administration or clinical operations leadership, where I can help improve care delivery, workflow efficiency, and organizational decision-making.
